Locked alpha, over the counter.
Buy and sell Conviction-locked alpha on any subnet. Both sides deposit into a per-deal multisig escrow and settle in one atomic call, 5% fee on settlement. Nobody holds your funds, not even the desk.
The desk is being set up. Offers open as soon as the settlement key is live.

1 · Post or take
A seller lists locked alpha at a τ price per alpha. A buyer takes it, or posts a buy order for a seller to fill. Both coldkeys must accept locked alpha.
2 · The desk arms the escrow
Every deal gets its own 2-of-4 multisig: buyer, seller, the desk and a keyless salt. The desk pre-approves four calls: settle, refund τ, refund alpha, and the escrow's accept-locked-alpha switch. It signs nothing else.
3 · Both sides deposit
The buyer sends τ, the seller sends the locked alpha, each in one signature. Whoever deposits second completes the settlement in the same signature.
4 · Atomic settle, 5% fee
One call moves the alpha to the buyer, the fee to the treasury and the τ to the seller. If any leg cannot execute, nothing moves. Until then either side can reclaim their own deposit at any time.
The desk key is one of four signatories and never executes a transfer; it can only arm and cancel its own approvals. Full rules · API · treasury 5CaAtR…RnkzaG
